Charles Rosoff, ASA, is a generalist appraiser of 19th and 20th Century Western European and American fine art, antiques and decorative arts. His practice focuses on providing forensic valuations for dispute resolution and litigation. Active as an appraiser for over twenty years, Mr. Rosoff was the Legal Issues columnist for the American Society of Appraisers Personal Property Journal, taught Appraisal Research Methods at NYU, and is currently teaching the ASA PP204 Legal Issues course at Northwestern University, the University of Georgia and Pratt. Mr. Rosoff has a B.A. in History of Art from the University of Michigan, attended the one year Works of Art Course at Sotheby’s London, completed the certificate program in appraisal studies at NYU, completed all the ASA’s courses, attended graduate courses in decorative arts at the Cooper Hewitt, has worked for Christie’s, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated by the American Society of Appraisers. |

Kenneth Jay Linsner, ASA
Kenneth Jay Linsner has been appraising since 1970. He is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers, a Member of the Appraisers Association of America and a member of the American Institute for Conservation. Mr. Linsner was trained at the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University and its Conservation Center. He was a consultant in conservation, Brooklyn Museum. Mr. Linsner was designated as a “Qualified Source” by the Department of Treasury of the United States and Office of the Attorney General, and he has acted as an expert witness and provided litigation support in many Federal and Civil cases involving artworks, their authenticity and value. A specialist in the materials and structure of works of art, he has written on the scientific detection of forgeries and condition analysis. |

Aleza F. Tadri, Staff Appraiser
Aleza F. Tadri is a staff appraiser at Appraisal Services Associates. She has been working at Appraisal Services Associates for three years. Ms. Tadri received her B.A. from New York University, graduating summa cum laude with honors in Art History. Ms. Tadri has worked at Exit Art, a non-profit art gallery in New York City, as well as the Brooklyn Museum of Art. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. |

Sara Rudoff Olshin, Staff Appraiser
Sara Rudoff Olshin is an appraiser of art and antiques for Insurance/Damage Loss, IRS Charitable Contribution/Estate, Division of Property and Liquidation purposes. She has a Masters in the History of Decorative Art from the National Museum of Design / Parsons School of Design as well as a certificate in Appraisal Studies from New York University. Her experience includes work in the Jewish Museum as well as in an antique gallery. Ms. Olshin has also worked as a consultant for private dealers and curators. |

William W. Warmus, Senior Appraiser
William Warmus has been appraising art since 1978. He is a specialist appraiser of studio glass and the work of Louis C. Tiffany and Emile Gallé, including forensic appraisals and litigation, chain of custody and date of incident analysis. He has an emerging practice in risk assessment for cultural institutions and private collections, as well as the appraisal of natural resources, focusing on the marine environment. Warmus was educated in art history at the University of Chicago, is past curator of Modern Glass at The Corning Museum of Glass, and past editor of Glass magazine. He is the author of twelve books, including biographies of Tiffany, Lalique, Gallé and Dale Chihuly, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Art Alliance for Contemporary Glass, where he chairs the committee for the Secondary Market and Museum Donations. |

Anna Spiro, Staff Appraiser
Anna Spiro received her M. Phil in art history from Columbia University in 1973. Her specializations include medieval art and architecture and nineteenth and twentieth century painting and sculpture. She has been appraising since 1988. In addition to appraising, Ms. Spiro currently teaches at City College, New York City College of Technology and New York University. She continues to lecture and publish in the field of art history, most recently with her article Wrapped Up in Kuba Culture. |
